Palm tree lined and anchored by Treasure Island's famous Clock Tower, our downtown area offers the perfect location for shops and restaurants.

Pedestrian friendly sidewalks lead into downtown from all directions and there is plenty of parking for more mobile shoppers.

A second redevelopment phase will be implemented in the near future which will make Treasure Island's Downtown even more user friendly.

Treasure Island's "Main" street is connected to St. Petersburg's Central Ave. to the east and the world famous Gulf Blvd to the west.
